I began my journey with homeopathy / Bach flower remedies after the death of my mother in 2019. I began to realise that allopathic medicine alone had only masked my symptoms, gave me side effects and did not help to cure the root cause. 

Initially I felt anxious but I began to use remedies for my own physical and mental health issues, and managed to wean myself from prescription medications. I am always amazed at how a well chosen remedy can help with either physical or mental/emotional problems. I have spent years treating myself, family members , friends and pets.  

Now I feel it is time that I share my  knowledge with as many people as possible so they too can access holistic healing through natural  remedies, homeopathy and Bach flower remedies. 

The beauty of this approach is that you can continue with your regular medications  whilst receiving treatment.
